Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange Only (No Returns/Refunds)

We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

3 days of delivery.

Must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Customers must ship the item back to our warehouse. We do not currently offer return pickups.

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, we will arrange a pickup and exchange free of cost.

Damaged / Defective Items

within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Order ID, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

How to Request an Exchange

Important Notes

stock availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, we will help you choose an alternative of equal value.
